Dr. Douglas A. Rodrigue, Jr., is a native of Thibodaux, Louisiana, and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (DDS) from LSU School of Dentistry in May of 2015. While there, he was given the opportunity to complete advanced selective courses in Oral Surgery and Endodontics. He also was chosen to serve as the School of Dentistry representative for the “Tiger Pride” organization, which promotes equality amongst all students and patients alike. Additionally, he was a proud member of the Delta Sigma Delta dental fraternity and ASDA.

 

Since graduation, Dr. “Doug” has continued his education by completing numerous courses in general and cosmetic dentistry. He has obtained certifications in advanced services such as Invisalign®, dental implants, Botox®, and facial fillers. Through his training, Dr. Doug has developed a passion for cosmetic dentistry and is a member of the International Academy of Facial Aesthetics, in addition to the N.O. Dental Association, the Louisiana Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.

He has also returned to L.S.U. School of Dentistry as a guest lecturer.                                                                                                             

Aside from dentistry, Dr. Doug enjoys traveling, the outdoors, and the great city of New Orleans. He values spending time with his family, friends and golden retriever Nyx. On Sundays, you can often find him playing kickball with the Stonewall Sports New Orlean's league, who he also sponsors through District Dental Spa.
